You don't have to rinse off moisturizer. If u use makeup, wash ur face then apply moisturizer. After that follow up by foundation etc. If u don't use make up, then just apply after u wash ur face. Anytime is fine. It will just stay on ur skin and not make it feel so dry and oily since urs is an oil free type. I usually use it after I have washed my face in the morning. At night before I sleep as well. Hope this answer will help. I am sure there are other people who use it in different ways.

As others here have said, no, you don't rinse it off. Put it on your clean skin...after a shower or washing your face, and before putting on make-up, if you like to wear make-up. The best time to use it is when you want to lock some moisture in...that's why after washing or showering is best. By the way, just because it is oil-free doesn't mean you may not have a reaction to it, so if you notice any irritation or break-outs, this is not the product for you. I have really sensitive skin, and I break-out as a reaction to some ingredients...I have noticed that some of the oil-free products have other ingredients that my skin doesn't like, so try to stay in tune with that. For me, any ingredient that ends with -methicone is a no-no. If you don't have dry skin, or have combination skin, try to use moisturizer only on the parts of your face that need it. For my own needs, I only moisturize around my eyes and mouth, in the morning and before I go to bed. Best of luck to you!

Moisturizer normally stays on..preferably put it on at nighttime...some people will also wear it under their make-up a moist skin makes make-up app much easier
If it is just straight up Clean and Clear Moisturizer you do not wash it off..
If it is a Cleanser with Moisturizer in it,then of course you'll need ot rinse it..
Normally if it reads something like lather or rub into skin, then it needs to be rinsed out..
If it reads apply evenly and mentions nothing about rinsing..or repeat..then you can again keep it on..

Moisturizer is like lotion for the face. You just put a thin amount on your face. Just look in the mirror when you do it am make sure you do not have any streaks on your face.

You don't need to rinse off a moisturiser, that would defeat the purpose of putting it on.
Start with a clean face and apply on your neck first and then move upwards.
1.Spread up your neck to your chin, using your fingers from both hands
2. Spread up and out along your jaw line and neck
3. Apply on your nose and under your eyes using two fingers.
4. Spread upwards with two fingers between your eyebrows and then along your forehead using upward movements towards your hair line.
To prevent gravity taking its toll and to help remove toxins, lymph, waste etc from your skin always apply with upward motions, and don't be too soft. It is good to push into your skin slightly- it will help increase blood flow and help the cream penetrate deeper into your skin

wash your face with face wash, then pat dry, put on moisturizer, and it stays on your face the whole day. you`re not supposed to rinse it off, and it comes on your face AFTER washing it, and BEFORE all the other makeup.

Moisturizer is just a nice word for "face lotion". Use the same way :-)
