You have to like the pro bowl for what it is. Its the chance for the best players of the year to go out and have a fun time playing football. Some of the players take it far to serious. The hit on Drew Brees was uncalled for, and the hit on Moorman was really uncalled for. There is no reason to injure someone in an allstar game.

They should just get the honor of being called a pro bowl player. The actual game is just a big waste of time.

Of Course it does!!! I love football and welcome any game they want to put on tv.... but then again I am from Texas... and we love football. But dont go thinking that i like the cowboys or anything..... I dont like teams... I like players.... that look great in a pair of football pants.... like Peyton Manning... that is one hot southern boy!
So yeah my point is... the NFL needs the Pro Bowl!!!

It is for the players who earned the right to make the team. Kind of a perk for the players. Maybe this game is the most fun the players have all year. The people of Hawaii probably really look forward to it as well.
It is not about TV ratings.
It is not for US it is for the players.

Nope, nobody even cares who wins, only thing is knowing which players are pro-bowl players... Otherwise the game is just a joke.

Not really. Pro bowl is like an All-Star Game. If there was not any All-Star Game in basketball or baseball, it is not really important to us.

I think it's a waste of time, the fans don't really care as shown by the poor TV ratings compared to other games. The players don't try their best, they just see it as a working holiday.

The players may not want to play...but they certainly enjoy the free week in Hawaii. So why not play? Everyone else has an All-Star game.
