Hi, I just bought a home thearter system that was sent by mistake from the company it was bought from with another order. Will this be considered theft since it wasn't returned. I have tried to contact the company by e-mails but they haven't gotten back to me. I mean atleast am trying to give them back but they might just think am joking. Is this theft if I keep it?

Have you tried phoning them? And yes, keeping something that doesn't belong to you is theft besides when they find out through their shipping records that you have it, you'll be looking pretty stupid and guilty. Phone and send a letter. Not e-mail!

Nope. If something came that you did not order but it was shipped with your order, it's their mistake and often it costs too much to return and they will write it off. You have no obligation to pay for return shipping.
