No, bin Laden was created by Reagan in the 1980's to fight the Soviets. Bush is just the guy who has failed miserably in the task of reigning in our out-of-control creation.

Well I know Bush created global warming, hurricane Kathrina and probably the bubonic plague in the middle ages, but no I did not know he created Bin Laden. I always thought only God could create people.

No? We know for a fact he exists because there are interviews with him, people who knew him, and his relatives.
He may use the fear that Osama caused to wage war, but that doesn't mean Bush made him up.

Not by Bush himself. at least not GW Bush. It is a very interesting story that goes back to the 1950s in middle America.
