if you were raped can you still be considered a virgin since technically if wasn't your fault??

Yes, it wasn't your choice, so anyone will say yes. And if you are religious the bible says that too if you are forced you still keep your virginity.

No. Virginity is a physical state that has to do with the hymen and that would be gone.

Spiritually, I would like to think that the woman would be able to get back to a place where she felt like a virgin again by having the right kind of help and support.

Once your vagina has been penetrated you are not a virgin physically. Emotionally, you are still a virgin in a sense. This is somewhat a philosophical question.

No you are not a virgin because you have been penetrated by a penis. Being a virgin or not a virgin does not make you good or bad.
