What happens when you get scared half to death twice?

Actually, if you think about it, you don't die. Here's my logic:
(1) is your life, cut it in half you now have (1/2), if you are scared half to death a second time you have (1/4) of your life. Technically you're still alive, but if you are scared half to death again you have (1/8) of your life, then (1/16) and so on, You could never die from being scared half to death. Isn't math fun!?

you still have 1/4 left and the third time you have 1/8 -just like the frog never falling off the log - its not possible to be scared 1/2 to death - you have to go all at once

i believe i agree with the mathematicians. 1/2 of 1/2 is 1/4, and so on. in all likelihood, tho since there's less life remaining after each event that by the time you reach, let's say, 1/32nd of life left, you might shriek, "omg! a pencil!!!" and keel over dead on the spot.
