It drives me crazy when people misuse the words your and you're. For example, "She said your nice." instead of "She said you're nice." you're = you are ....your = implies ownership.

The same story!
And since I'm an English teacher I see it pretty often.
Some people can never remember the difference between "where" and "wear", for example.

Another one that drives me crazy is when people don't know the difference between lose and loose.

Yes - not forgetting 'alot' , 'dose', 'sentance' and the old favourite "its/it's".
