Coldstones - join the bday club and u get a free ice cream that expires within a few days.
Joe's Crabshack - join their email and they send you a free (yummy) appetizer.
Fuddruckers - email too, it doesnt have to be your bday, but sign up and get a free milkshake.
Bennihana - you get a free picture w/a frame (polaroid with cardboard frame) and a dessert.
