i am doing intercourse openly on the day and before one day of her period date. other days are with protections.
so what should i guess ? (3 times happened like this)

Your question doesn't make any sense to begin with. However, if you are saying she is pregnant, and you don't want anymore kids then you or your wife need to use protection, or get a vasectomy, or have her tubes tied. Women can ovulate at different times it might not be the same all the time, especially if her periods are irregular. By the way your wife doesn't get conceived, she gets pregnant, it is the child who is conceived.

Stop having unprotected sex if you don't want another baby. Although the day beofre her period, and the day of are not usually fertile days, she could always have an off month. And not to be mean, but by the way you type, I wouldn't trust that you are using protection accurately. Either that or you aren't the father.

Since your question does not make much sense, let me assume that your wife is pregnant and you are wondering how it happened?
Some women do not always ovulate according to the 14 day schedule so it could be possible to get her pregnant when you did not use protection , or your protection failed.

She probably won't be at her most fertile right before her period. Ovulation occurs much earlier than that.
