Can you fall pregnant while you have a period?

Yes it is possible. It is unlikley, but it is possible.
Don't rely on having sex during your period as a contraceptive strategy. Use reliable contraceptives at all times unless, of course, you are trying for a baby.

Usually you can't. The period happens when the body has decided that the ripe ovum has not been fertilised and empties the contents of the womb to start preparing for the next ripe ovum. Which usually takes a couple of weeks. I am not a doctor, but I think if the cycle was mixed up in some way, it could happen but it would be very rare. Best wishes.

yes. i had a regular period in may, and a short period in june. a week later i found out i was 8 weeks pregnant. i read that by the time you miss your first period, you could already be 6-10 weeks pregnant.

It's unlikely, but still possible. If you don't want to fall pregnant always use some form of birth control, don't just rely on timing when you think it is least likely time to fall pregnant.

You can get pregnant at any time. It depends on if you were ovulating or not, and it is possible to ovulate while on your period. The sperm can also live inside you for like 5 days, so if you had sex during your period and ovulated 5 days later...you could be pregnant.

It all depends on when you ovulate, some women (though few) have been found to ovulated during menses.
