how do you make a website?

My cousin is going to start a clothing line. To get it all going he wants to start a website, but neither of us knows exactly how to go about it. So if you have any ideas, please share them.

You should start off small. www.freewebs.com (IT IS FREE), they will have an easy "site maker". Then if you want to take it to the next level, use www.godaddy.com!
