try to test the connection and see if it is getting a good signal. also, you might try calling her too see if this has hapened before for advice.

Start Internet Explorer.. will come up with page not found .. then select "Tools" then "Internet Options" "Connections" then the "Setup" button and then follow the prompts .. should fix the problem..

please check her DNS server configuration.

just go to the control panel, find the network connection,
select the Local Area Network (LAN) icon, double click and find the TCP/IP properties.

insert the IP of DNS server correctly.

If you are using DHCP, just release it into OBTAIN DNS server automatically.
