Yes, a loud, hard sneeze. Believe it or not, my sneezes are so loud and hard that the windows rattle.

if i'm really ill then i have a loud and violent sneezes, but if its just dust or something along those lines, then its a rather quiet sneeze

Loud. So loud it echos. So loud people ask if I'm alright. So loud that sometimes it hurts my chest. but I am not a sprayer. I cover my mouth w/both hands. Learned that as a child.
