I sent 3 movies back and they received 2 the next day, but they didnt receive the other one until I reported it missing a week after I sent it out. Then they emailed me saying they received it.

i think it has more to do with the postal service then Netflix...

NO!!! Netflix 'loses' DVD's all the time. Sometimes they acknowledge receiving them within a day or 2, but often it's more than a week. I've found Blockbuster to be a much better deal. Rather than returning them by mail, you can take them directly to a Blockbuster store and exchange them for DVD's one for one. You end up being able to double the number of DVD's you can rent for the same price.

start using blockbuster the are faster and I think better

i had the same problem. start stapling them together like i do know have not had the problem since.
