I've laways liked Maths so I decided to study Actuarial Science at University (the fact that graduates got paid a lot also influenced my decision!). From there I went into finance and now work at a major financial corporation, where I waste company resources by going onto Yahoo Answers.

I work at a camp. The camp thing all started when I was a freshman in college and decided I DIDN'T want to do like my sister and move back home for the summer. So I got a job with several friends at a conference center in Branson, Mo, and the rest, as they say, is history.

I went to university to be a speech therapist. But then I realized that lisps etc really aggravate me. So I went into social work. I wish I became an Astronomer. Then I could look at the stars instead of listen to people 24/7.

I was working in the barracks one day and the 1st Sgt asked if I had passed the electronics portion of my tests. I said yes, and he asked me if I'd like to go to Fire Control Tech school. I said, "Hey Top I don't want to be a fireman." He said, "It's a Radar school numb nuts. Get your gear and get out front. A truck will pick you up in 5 minutes." I spent the next 50 years working in electronics and marveling at the luck that got me here.

The classifieds. And it was the only place that would hire an 18 year-old, without any job experience before, that didn't require me to say "do you want fries with that". So, that's why I sit in a dark basement of a factory, typing labels and taking phone calls. ;)

Kind of by accident. Funny story.
I just came back from Europe and I took this job at a restaurant. Then I couldn't take it anymore, so I just quit. I met this girl at a shopping mall I used to go to university with. We started talking and she said her office might have an opening. That's how I landed there.

I did a ton of low-wage, low-skill jobs before I decided to make something of myself. Bought into a business after completing Uni degree and now I'm an employer
