If you had the chance to relive your life, but having the memories of now (or, if you do, the future), would you do it?

For example, a 35-year-old woman takes this chance, and she goes back right from the moment of birth. She is still has her 35-year-old "mind," but a baby's physique, and then grows with the same knowledge, experiences, etc.

I hope this makes sense.

Directed at "Faces"; no, I did not read it in a book. My friend and I had a late-night discussion on this.

My initial answer was hell yes. Then I thought some more and said no because if we did'nt make our own mistakes then we wouldnt get the good results along with the ones we wish we could change. Example, left rich husband who couldnt have kids.
If stayed would be wealthy but wouldnt have son & daughter. So would one make the same choices if one knew then what one knows now? How would that change what lives happened and did'nt? Nope life is the adventure. The mystery of learning, the ultimate of being.

Wow this is a hard question but I guess in the long run I would say no. I went through some very difficult times with my health, surgeries, illnesses and I don't think I would want to go through them again. On the other had I would just love to spend time again with my father who passed away 23 years ago. There are so many things about him that I miss.

Yes, there are a few that I would have never wasted my time on. Just a few things that would make me look better in my parents eyes. And if I still remember what it was like when I was older then I could hunt down the people that I need to again. It would just allow me to better attain my dreams and goals, since I've screwed them up so bad already.

Watch the movie Butterfly Effect. In that movie the boy goes back and changes certain things and in the long run realizes that life would have been much better had he never been born. Its depressing however it makes me realize I don't want to know if the world would be better if I wasn't around, I think I make mistakes and I learn from them. I know somewhere there is someone I have helped.

No, because my parents and siblings wouldn't be ready for the way of mind and life we now share, which I would bring back with me. I couldn't live around people I don't resonate with; in fact, I would never hang around someone like my mom, or my dad, if they were as they were then, but it is different now. Of course, it was all my past experience that shaped me now, but that doesn't necessarily mean I want to experience that stuff again.

If I had my life to live over again, I would live a life free from stress and anxiety much sooner. Now that I am older, I know now to turn all my problems over to God.

Good question, but I would never do it unless I were at the point of commiting suicide. Did you read it in a book or something?

No I wouldn't want to go back. I made alot of tough decisions and don't want to do it over. Things could always turn out to be worse.
