dosnt snow where i live and dont ask dumb questions like why do you need so much money? or do you need $600 to buy something illegal?

Sell everything you own. Borrow $20-30 from 20-30 people. You've got to average about $100/day, and there isn't enough time to develop much at this point. Maybe your parents or your friends' parents can think of some odd jobs for you to do for some extra cash. I don't know. Good luck!
