Don't ya just love new slang! It means you've done something very well ...she's eatin' it up (but it's not a sexual thing).

i think that at this stage all she is saying is the word Delicious.
When I'm at work and someone does a task I've asked them and it's done correctly i say "Fabulous" If i organize to go out with friends i say "Fabulous"
Perhaps Delicious is her word as Fabulous is mine
