Ok im going to be nice and say NO! its not ok to put peroxide in your nose, but you can put it in your ear with warm water to clean the wax out....thats only if you are trying to figure out ways to use peroxide. For the nose issue take some advil cold and sinus one tablet will do the trick in at least 5mins.

First of all. I hope you are talking about Hydrogen Peroxide. But even if you are be advised it is poison and cannot be taken internally. if you put it in your nose and it runs down your throat you will wake up dead. You might do it with a cotton swab, if you are determined to do it. I'm sure what ever is wrong with your nose there are other safer solutions.
