the highest i've seen are 4 to 4 and a half inches high (by steve madden). and yes they're still in style.

I personally, love those wedge heels. & They seem to be staying :] but, try some Slip-On Sneakers, they are Uber in.

ive been looking in the fashion magazines for spring and so far theyre still it, i just bought a pair thats about 3"
