If you can try to make it all day and keep it simple. First in the morning, you can make breakfast in bed for two. It can be heart shaped waffles or pancakes and any other favorite foods. If you have a garden, pick out some flowers for a bouquet. You also can also have a bath together with champagne and strawberries. After you can give each other massages. During the day, you can go out by the water and have a picnic. At night, have a candlelit dinner. In bed, deck the whole bed in roses and feed each other chocolates. If you make love, try some fantasies out. All in all, just keep it from the heart.

Somebody already commented about sewing yourself an outfit, but I'll add that you should make a thong out of dental floss. It'll be a big hit.
In all seriousness, though, a candlelight dinner would be absolutely romantic. If it is cold where you live, make it a picnic anyway- crank up the heat in order to wear skirt + cute top, spread a blanket out across the floor, bring in various plants/flowers, and serve the meal from a picnic basket.

Desserts are always a big hit. You know: cookies with heart shaped sprinkles, cupackes with pink icing, ect. I personally am making my man a "Boyfriend Coupon Book" with things such as 1 free massage, 1 free striptease. I think the best gift anyone can give is time. Spending good quality time with your significant other is something they will remember.

Hi. Here is something that I think is creative and sexy. Buy some edible body paint from an adult store, and use it to paint out a map of sorts for your lover. detailing things like, kiss here on your neck, nibble here, lick there, and so forth. i think that's sexy. I'm also going to blow up a really sexy photo of me for my guy; print it out at Kinko's; sign and kiss it with lipstick (Marilyn Monroe style), and then frame it for him. On the frame I'm going to hang a big novelty key, and tell him he holds the key to my heart.
