you cant dont listen to the liers if they are not included that is beacuse the item you have is not inteneded to use them. if you put batteries that fit into the item then it will instantly self destruct. If the maker wanted batteries used in it then they would have included the batteries

You can go to Walmart or just take them out of another device you already own and transfer them to the new device. You will do just fine :)
