The original people to India were dark-skinned, the Dravidians, if I am correct they now live in the south

Yes, some have this really dark ebony color. It's really pretty. To me it looks unlike any other skin color on earth. India.

Yes they can.........people from India comes in all shades....there is a large Indian community in Farmington Hills Michigan, and the majority are darker than I am.
