I have been very sexually active, successful and happy since I first married over 20 years ago. I am physically active, not a pound overweight, muscular and do not smoke or drink. Now however, at age 46 I have typical prostate enlargement, very common for men my age and older. I take Flomax and it immediately relaxes the prostate providing complete urination relief. However, I cannot maintain an erection and it is often difficult to achieve an erection. The only way I have been able to achieve and maintain an erection 100% of the time during the past few months is to take Viagra or Cialis. I would like to be able to and would like to know if it is possible to have an active, successful sex life, being able to achieve and maintain an erection with the issues I have outlined, without taking Viagra or Cialis. Are their herbs, foods, elixors that I can take which will help me become my youthful self once again? Or, am I stuck with Viagra?
