It would depend on how bad the situation was, and what the outcome in the end might be. If the situation is really bad and your heart is telling you to "go for it," you might consider listening to your mind. Sometimes we THINK we are listening to our heart, but it's really another part of our anatomy we are listening to. Both heart and mind should be weighed carefully in any situation that might have lasting implications.
