I was recently on the internet browser on my motorola v220 (rogers), and i was downloading free ringtones off of mobango.com. Do i have to pay my service provider to download content off the net?

No you will not if you have internet service with your plan. If you do not have internet service, you will be paying to use it by the minute but NOT the actual ringtone itself.

it concerns what service you have. yet greater then probably. NO you go with the internet to deliver/recieve emails. and downloads are suitable to the internet. sooo. optimistically this facilitates [: GOODLUCK!
