I met him in night grade and he has been a thorn in my side for 2 years! I did nothing to him and he still bothers me. Every day when he walks in and starts kicking my bag and hitting my table. I first ask him nicly (Because thats the type of person i am) and then start swearing. I know i should tell the teacher but that will only make it worse. He dosnt sit near me anymore but at the end of the period when i talk to my friends, he tells me to shut up and dont talk. If he every hits me i might just punch him square in the face! I dont know what to do.

I disagree with what some others are saying... In a perfect world talking to him would be ideal... but that's not going to stop this problem, it's only going to fuel the fire.

He does these things because he knows it bothers you, that's his pay off. If you don't show him it bothers you it will cease to be fun for him and he won't do it anymore. I know it's hard when you just want to rip his head off. But try ignoring him, or laughing at him when he expects you to be pissed... It may take a few times.. but eventually he'll back off

try asking him to discuss his behavior and your feelings. if her consents, be sure to have a friend with you. tell him exactly what behaviors are bothering/annoying and ask him for specific ways you and he can resolve this situation.
if this doesn't work, you need to take the issue to someone in authority. he is harassing you and that is breaking the law in just about every state. you have a right to live your life free from badgering by any person.
good luck!

Just talk to him and tell him the true that you don't want him to bother you again. Maybe he like you and want to get attention from you. So you need to consider that too. If so and you don't like him then tell him as soon as possible that you not interest in him.

2 Years? You should have taken care of this long ago. Do not strike him unless he strikes first. Explain to him: "Stay away from me, you are creating a problem". If he does not listen, explain it in a physical context.

when he does that again go nuts on him right then and there in front of everyone get him by surprise and crazy, a suspension would be worth it, when you go to the office to talk to administraters let them know its been going on for two years and you finally got tired of it, believe me whether you win or lose both him and everyone else will have a deeper respect for you
