It's: الزائدة الدودية or Aza'eda Adodeya (English script, we pronounce it like this)
-----------------
Za'eda (زائدة) is a general and major word in arabic, it means: extra, additional, excessive, or plus (depends on the sentence, but at most it means "Plus" and "Extra")

Good luck.
P.S. You can't see the Arabic font above if you don't have an Arabic font on your computer.

This question is for an Arab, not for an Arabic. An Arab is an Arabian Citizen, same like a Jew and Jewish.

Appendix in Arabic is: Azza'edah Al-Doudiyyah.

Appendix: 1) Supplementary material usually attached at the end of a piece of writing. 2) A bodily outgrowth or process

Arabic states the same thing: Azza'edah, meaning EXTRA (supplementary material), and Al-Doudiyyah, meaning WORM-LIKE (bodily growth). Worm-like supplementary material. In Arabic language, an adjective comes after the noun, contrary to English.
