When someone makes a statement and adds the question mark, and when they really aren't looking for an answer, I sometimes make my own statement and pretend its an answer to their question :)
I figure people shouldn't get away with making statements without getting their statements "answered".

yep...but the question is auto added you kno...still if its not a question but a statement they are trying to get those to agree with them rather than speak their opinions...most of those that report me are these kinds of askers.
