I just want to know whether this computer is protected from viruses etc. I've just removed the program that I had installed some time ago. If so how effective is your virus program against latest threats?

AT&T Yahoo have antivirus and spyware/Adware software available. It is up to you to install it. If you have the AT&T Self Support Tool installed on your computer you can install it from that software. The support tool connects to an AT&T server. Use the menu to the left, once connected, click on computer security. There you'll find what your looking for. It will download and install from this site. The virus protection is easiest to install the first time you install the AT&T Yahoo software on your computer. If you have to reinstall the software again, it's best to call technical support (if you don't have the self support software installed),and to have them talk you through the process of reinstalling it on your computer. You have to have internet access to do any of this.

Neither the dial up or DSL versions come with virus protection.

dont waste ur time with that crap purchase or get the ninety day trial of domicile windows stay one care it incredibly works super with vista and is rly basic and rapid and doest deplete ur cpu like something of the classes
