She got her 6 mo old shots over a month ago, she had a slight reaction to them but it went away quickly except there is a small discoloration that you can barely see unless you look close and she still has a hard bump where the shots were taken, on both legs. Shouldn't it have gone away by now? Should I be concerned? It doesn't seem to bother her though. I just thought it was supposed to go away by now like it has with her past shots. My son never had a reaction or swelling. How can I make it go away completely so she doesn't have these weird little bumps on her legs when we touch her?

She must have very sensitive skin. My youngest child is the same way. Even a mosquito bite leaves marks that lasts weeks, even when they are not scratched. The welts get like black and blue marks.
Try massaging the areas she is going to get her vaccinations in. This will stimulate blood flow in the area and help to diminish the bumps. Learned this from a person who had work horses, as crazy as it sounds they used to punch the horse right where they got the shot so a sore lump would not form. Don't punch the child! But a firm massage works well in the area, before the shot.
Best of luck to you.

There's a few possibilities, but off the top of my head, here are a couple:

It could be the remnants of a hematoma, or bleeding under the skin - these take some time to go away, and do produce a bluish-reddish discoloration, which slowly turns green and yellow as it fades, and the resulting clot can produce a slight bump.

It could be an abcess, or a pocket of fluid within the tissues. Given that she had a reaction, her body may simply refuse to absorb it, and has just walled it off.

Finally, some people just scar easier than others, and it could be just that - a scar. Bummer, but as she grows, it'll be hardly noticible.

Honestly, it'd be worth your while to get her checked out by a doctor, just to be on the safe side.

Ask a doctor. My guess is she had some kind of allergic reaction to something in the shot.

HI, I DON'T THINK YOU SHOULD BE CONCERNED. I WOULD JUST RUB THEM WITH SO OIL EVERY NIGHT. AND THEY SHOULD GO AWAY. IF THEY DON'T GO A WAY THAN ASK THE (DR) ABOUT THEM.
