AM is antemeridian or morning and PM is post meridian or afternoon. 12 high noon should be stated as 12M and 12 midnite as 12MN. There ought to be a way of standardizing all these. Can Yahoo! do it? Where time is expressed with a 24-hour notation, it is usual to say 0000 for midnight, 0100 for 1 a m, 1200 for noon,1300 for 1
