Probably. Assuming you are logging in using the company network, everything you do online passes through their firewall and they can log it all without ever needing to look at your computer.

A. No. Firefox Portable has its disk cache disabled. It uses RAM for cache. All your cookies and other data is self-contained on your portable device. At no time is any personal data stored on the local machine, so even if someone tried to find it with an undelete utility, there would be nothing for them to find.

Hahn is correct though. If they track packets at a firewall or Proxy server, then they can see where you are going. You would have to connect to something like a TOR router in order to hide that. But PortableFirefox does not leave tracks on the local machine.

Yes, depending on how they log your internet activity (software or hardware) they can see EVERY site you go to even if you delete your history and temp files.
