Well to live life to the fullest, your gonna have stress. But to avoid stress umm i guess yea no kids, isolate yourself and work at the wawa at night so you can sleep in lol.

Sleep. Get your sleep cycles good, you will feel less anxious about things during the day. sleep cycles last about 90 min each, you have about 3 or 4 during the night. You dont want to inturupt one by waking up in the middle of it, because in turn it makes you groggey, and more anxious throught the day. Try to set your alarm for 7 or 9 hours after you go to bed at night. Typicly you will wake up around a good place in your sleep cycle feeling refreshed and rested. If you make it a pattern, it's double the benifit.

actually i think there will always be at least a little bit of stress where u go but it is how u confront the stress that will make your life better say if u let it bug u then u have a stress life but if u take care of the problem or do something about it you wont have such a stressfull life

I think that the key to a low stress life is finding a job that you LOVE! Not one that you like okay, or tolerate, but something that makes you truley happy, one that makes you feel like you are helping the world. And I think not having kids would also help. But this is just my opinion.

meditation. I like doing a bit of yoga now and then. Check out yogamazing, it has free yoga podcasts, and ones you can buy that will definetely help you. Another thing is to teach yourself to embrace a feeling, and learn how to let it go. It's cool for a dude to do yoga and meditate once in a while.
