I'm not sure if he will have his dads last name or not or both are last names

Elijah Josiah Conary
Elijah Josiah Riley
Elijah Josiah Conary-Riley

His nickname would be Eli if I stay with that name

Sounds cute, but coming from someone who has had many sad days with people butchering her name, give a name that sounds the way that you spell it

This question is a joke, right? Too many "ah's"...it's like you are making a joke of the name this poor child will have to carry through life. This is not a GAME!

If you must have Josiah as a middle name (bizarre, unless maybe you are ancient Hebrew perhaps?) why not:

Emmet Josiah
Thomas Josiah ("TJ")
or anything, ANYTHING besides Elijah Josiah! Poor kid.

If the babydaddy's mid name is Joseph, that has almost NOTHING to DO with Josiah anyway.
What about JOE for a middle instead?
Or JACOB? (Josephs's father in the bible)
Or JOEY?
Or JOSE?
Or YOUSEF?
ALL of these are considered variants of Joseph except for Jacob.

I love the name Elijah Josiah! It is so Biblical and cool. Who cares if it has to many iahs? It's an awesome name. Here are my suggestions for first names but it might not have the "ring" you want.
Moses Josiah
Egan Josiah
Noah Josiah

I have picked out Josiah Robert or Elijah and call him Eli if I have another boy. If u like it that is all that matters. But maybe Eli Josiah would roll better I don't know, I like it just the way it is though.

I like Josiah but not Elijah. How about Micah, Simon, Nathaniel. At the end of the day, if you love the name Elijah Josiah, I think you should go for it. It's not like people call kids by their full names anyway.

I really like Elijah Josiah.
Other names to consider would be:
Benjamin Josiah (goes with your name)
Steven Josiah
Alexander Josiah (same initials as 18 mo. old)
Paul Josiah
Andrew Josiah
