How will I know that a CD has brontok worm?

See, if i burn a cd in an infected computer, will the worm be burned on to the CD too ???

It depends, if the work attaches themselves to individual files and those files are burned in a CD. Then of course the burned CD files are infected.

The only suggestion I can give is to use an anti-virus program and double check the files to see if any file you are trying to burn is infected.
