But let me tell you why...

First if you want to use Exodia, it will clutter your deck.

Second you have cards that are restricted and limited. For example you are only allowed to have one call of the haunted, and monster reborn is restricted. You can google the restricted and limited cards list.

Lets start with the basics,,, which for some reason i find myself repeating to almost anyone who asks for a deck rating. Sorry i got sidetract.
Your deck contains to many high level cards, and you will find that its difficult to summon when you draw a hand filled with high level monster cards.
Your deck also should contain a ratio of magic and trap - monsters of about 50/50=1/1. Your should try to have enough low level monster cards so that you have a ratio of about three to five low level monsters to one high level monster.

Now here is what i think you should do.
: Include cards that increase your ability to draw, such as the graceful charity.
: Cards like sangan, and witch of the black forest are great for getting exodia in your hand quick.
:Get Rid of the Noble Man Eater Bug,,, its effect is not worth the loss, and it will likely die after you activate its effect.
:For exodia necros, include cards that let you send cards to your graveyard.

Oh, by the way its a good deck, however it needs to be legal in a duel. In a perfect world without restrictions it would get a 70/100.

You need to make a choice. The deck needs to be just Spellcasters or just Exodia. Exodia decks are very specialized. They optimized draw power and generally run a fair amount of burn and stall.

--for a wishful thinking deck yeah its a bit okay... 45 of 100 (following your rating)...
--but tournament-wise... 0 of 100.... due to the multiple restricted and banned cards this deck wont do...
--following your wishful thought... why not remove dark eradicator and replace with dark magician of chaos...
--nobleman-eater bug is an insect.. replace instead with apprentice magician.. better for searching the exodia parts and let the parts die for you to use the dark factory...
--and sice you are full of the banned list anyway, why not put painful choice in there... bwahahaha.. find all 5 pieces of exodia drop 4 get one... let that last piece die... exodia necross you have... bwahahaha...
--no need for gravekeeper's... place in there magician's circle to search once again spellcasters with 2000atk or less and special summon them on the field. perfecrt for your DMG...
--who needs blast magician.. go for magical marionnet... higher atk and increases per spell card used... remove two spell counters destroy a monster just like blast magician only that its LV5 so slower a bit but search-able by the magician's circle...
--since you have 3 magician of faiths.. (although again tournament illegal in number).. you can scrap hidden book of spell...
--i dont like aqua madoor... just saying haha... you can replace this (or neo) with kycoo... higher atk ang nice effect
--dont dark hole thats insane go raigeki.. again since you are into the wishful thinking deck right???
--sorcerer of dark magic looks good and all but dont you find it a waste giving up 2 of your LV6 and up spellcasters??? go for silent magician LV4 and 8... hahaha....
--last but not really sure... i know these are jap releases only but what the heck try magician of black chaos and its ritual card or dark curtain for instant DM at a cost of half your life points now thats a bargain...
--wait i almost forgot.. dark magic attack hahaha whats a DM without a cute spell card like this.... other spell cards to consider are diffusion-wave motion and double spell.. they do ask ALOT form the caster but heck for a spellcaster deck its.. fun...

to many limited or restricted cards for a tournament deck no real strategy to get powerghouse monsters out didnt list everything in the deck and just said random cards id be suprised if that deck has beaten a-n-y-b-o-d-y. id give it a 30 out of 100

you dont have to put forty cards its just with fewer cards means you will get a better chance of drawing the card u want but your deck is very strong u got alot of rare cards i give you a 95/100

Your deck is pretty powerful considering the fact that alot of your cards are banned, plus the exceeding limit of limited cards. Traditional wise I like it.
