A good stable job for both is first on my priority list. This would determine where you live. Such as in a rundown appartment complex or a nice appartment or a house. Once you both have jobs then the location of house or appartment will be easier to determine.

Yes I totally agree with you. You need to have a job first because you want to be sure you are secure in your future and can afford all the necessities you need.

I've never been married, but I would say having secure jobs would be a good idea as financial strain is a big factor in marital strife (so I'm told).

Wouldnt you usually have a job durring college? i know i did. I just went to full time when I graduated as opposed to part time. But if no jobs are being held... where do you think your going to live when you graduate and are kicked outta the dorms?

I agree, both working towards a common goal, and well it just makes paying for the necessities a little easier.

Sounds like a good plan. Few people would wait, but it is a good idea.
