Anna Nicole Smith died in her hotel room in Florida on February 8, 2007.
It turns out that Anna had a fever before her death so that may have been it, although there were some prescription medicines on the floor of her hotel room. But after doing an autopsy they said there were no drugs or medicine in her so it wasn't the drugs/medicine.Now from what I know Anna's mom is now trying to locate Dannielynn (Anna's daughter). Hope this helps, and Anna is now with her two idols Marilyn Monroe and someone else as well as her son, Daniel.

There isn't any real answer yet, but they're suspecting heart problems, medical wreckage, natural causes, or a combination of the three. There isn't really one right answer, it could be many things. We're watching and waiting to see if they have any new reports or anything. Keep yourself updated if you must.

Physically? Too many drugs in her system at the same time.....
Actually? She lost the will to live when her son died.
Spiritually? She said he kept "calling to her from purgatory" and he didn't know "where to go".... so she wanted to guide him.......
Really? She picked her son over her daughter.

The girl was a druggie. When her son died, she freaked out and OD'ed.
That is my opinion.
I am not denigrating her. I feel sorry for her.

her son died of a overdose too!

well, my mom called me and told me that they did the otopsy, and we that she o.d'd on something but then on the real news 8, they said they still can't tell...
