Yes. Couples with any blood type can get married. O+ people have absolutely nothing to worry about.
The only time blood type is an issue is if a negative blood type mom conceives with a positive blood type dad. If the baby is also positive (the dominant trait) the mother could develop rh incompatability, endangering her unborn and hurting her chances for future children. This issue is easily taken care of with the rhogam shot in mid-pregnancy.

No problem. My husband and I have been married for 18 years and have two beautiful children. We are both o+. Blood types are not a problem. Sometimes there are factors within the blood that could cause problems, but now that can be detected before you choose to have children.

Yes why not. The only issue a couple has with blood type is when they go to have children. That issue is if the mother is negative and the father is positive.

Of course. There shouldn't be any problem. There wouldn't be any problem with it at all. The child would have O+ but thats quite alright. Having a blood type O is quite common.

Your blood type dose NOT matter ... You can get married as long as you are not related by blood that is COMMON SENSE

there's nothing wrong having the same blood type. at least if something happened to one of them they could easily donate their own blood in times of need. sounds they love each other so much! haaay SWEET!
