MAKE him a cute card, it will seem more creative, cost less, and you can make it more personal. a teddy bear would be cute, and maybe some chocolates. and if you dont want to really spend any money you could make him a cute little booklet or stack of cards with each page/card having one thing you love about him. or you could decorate a picture frame and put a picture of you two in it, that would be cute. or write him a poem if youre good at that sort of thing. and you can ALWAYS make him food..cookies, brownies, etc. any guy would love that.

I hope ur 13, too. OK, I'm very close to the age. Hmm... I like money. But, everyone does and that's not so special, so get like a candybar. Hey, he shouldn't complain, ur only 13. I know I wouldn't. I'd be thankful to get anything.

Make a heart shaped cookie or cake. Maybe have some chocolates or a soft toy to go with it.

Boy`s like to have a kiss on V-DAY.Take this advice from a boy that has a girlfriend.Give him a kiss or give him a cute teddy bear.HE will like it.

Give him some of his favorite candy or......
buy a bag of Hugs (candy) and get some (chocolate) Kisses, then put them in a nice basket.
