Depending on the type of trojan virus it is you have, there are many different ways to remove them.
I would suggest you run a free anti virus program online from trend micro called Housecall. To do this, go here: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and follow the instruction. Trend Micro is a trusted security film and they provide this scan for free. If it can not fix something, it'll give you instructions on how to fix it. You will need to install some active x controls, its very simple. It might take a while, so just let it run.

Your virus scanner should take care of this. Make sure you have one installed and up to date. Have it do a scan.
If you don't have one installled, get one! They are only about $20. Without them, you can lose ALL your programs and data files.
If not taken care of automatically, go to your virus scanners web site. They will have directions you need to follow (carefully).
The virus is a Trojan so you'll need to scan everything you've done lately!
Good luck.
