Why debate move next to both. Central California on the coast -where the mountains come down to the ocean. (redwood trees- and waves)

I'd prefer the mountain. I like the ocean but the air sometime smells bad and also to much humidity.
So mountain it is.

I have always said (and been near) the ocean.

But I gotta tell ya, in these times of global warming, I'm thinking the mountains might be a wise choice!!!

I would prefer the ocean! I was in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina last summer and my hotel was right on the beach- I loved it so much =] In fact, I plan on moving there someday.
