I'm going to see Wicked in late February and I was wondering how long you actually have to wait for the actors to come out of the stagedoor at the side of the building?

It depends on how much fun they are having backstage and in their dressing rooms.

It is possible that they could go out another exit to avoid stalkers.

It depends on who want to see. I saw Wicked a few weeks ago, and it didn't take long for them to leave the theatre. We ran as fast as we possibly could, because we had a holdup exchanging a shirt. We only missed a few of the actors, but we saw all of the leads. I reccomend getting any souveneirs before the show or during intermission, if you want to meet the actors after the show. Also, count on crowds when exiting the theatre.

Anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. They have to get out of costume and make up.

For example the woman who plays the evil sister is going to have to work a little longer to get out of makeup than the women who are more conventinally made up.

When my friend and I met some of the cast at the stage door in November, it took about 45 minutes from the show's end.
