I had a deal with my husband that I could punish him if he smoked more than 12 cigarettes in a day.He lost.Now I have to punish him.What do i make him do?I thought maybe I could make him wear nail paint so that he would see it every time he takes a drag or maybe lipstick which again would leave a mark on the cig and remind him of what he has done.Or something drastic like making him wear a saree and travel by train in the ladies compartment.Any suggessions / ideas are welcome.

make him wear a diaper to show that the baby needs his pacifier.

Make him read 5 verses in the Bible every time he smokes an extra cigarette, and keep a book mark in it so you can see how much total extra he smokes by how far he read.

Give him a crazy haircut YOURSELF! Then make him wear it around for a day or two. And when he's out, make him act like he's sneezing or coughing to draw attention.
