Bush's recent, totally lame & lifeless state of the union address marked his becoming a lame duck.
Even he is tired of him being President. Everyone (except for stupid people) thinks he's a miserable president.

Personally I am that worried that the liberals may be put in charge and the country swing into recession in a few years. The massive programs they'll decide we need to pay for are going to be another burden on the working class too. All the new, invasive laws for my own good they will institute worry me too. Then there is the terrorist threat that will return as soon as the military budget gets cut and we start back down the road of appeasement again. I do so love making dictators rich while they plot to destroy us.
I really don't want to see my country go the way of the dodo.

The Democrats and Independents are that disillusioned, and the Republicans are that threatened. And no, I don't remember there ever being this big a fuss this far out before.

It's more important than ever for the American people to educate themselves on the candidates so they can not be razzled & dazzled at the last minute .
