there was NO united states of america until the end of the American Revolutionary War in the 1780s. The signers of the Declaration of Independence were the builders of this new UNITED country, so to answer your question, YES, the USA was FOUNDED by white people....( I think some of the posters think you mean:" Who found america").(They should pay more attention to detail....)
The dates prove it. IT'S A VALID QUESTION.
Most posters don't know much about history--they accept alot of old, tired, false info from other jokers who are also uninformed.

If you mean to ask whether the Founding fathers ( the ones who declared the US an independent nation and wrote the Constitution, etc. ) were white, well, yes. Any history text will tell you that. What's your point??

Native Americans lived here first, but they never actually came founded a country. White people founded this country. DUH. DId you fail American History or something?
