it all depends on what kind of hip hop you looking for, if its underground and mixtapes a good place to know about songs and many remixes is http://mixtapesusa.com/ or http://www.hiphopdx.com/ if you looking for all the garbage hip hop that is out there now well check out the Top 100 Billboard charts but good hip hop is Raw Freestyles, beefs, Mixtapes so look at that and find what you like.

My favorite website for looking up new music is dancekings.com. Click on the urban top 50 chart and you'll find songs you've probably never heard.

The one I like best so far is

they are music videos that you can make a favorites site with all your favorite songs
