My first best friend, after 6 years of being friends, we don't talk no more. I just didn't like the fact that "Whatever she said was the right thing to do or say but whatever someone else says it's wrong."
My second best friend, I have been friends with her for 7 years. But these days, I don't trust her because in high school, she talked behind my back ones and I never forgot about that.
My third best friend, I just didn't like the fact that she smiled at people and be nice, But behind their back she would talk about them.
Is the reason why I don't have best friend is it because of me?

The problem is not you but the friends you have picked. It sounds as though you are more mature and have morals unlike these others so you are not in the wrong at all.

It's them that has problems.
Let them live like that unless they've done something to you then that's horrible. You know..it's funny I didn't talk to any of my three best friends b/c of the same 3 reasons that you have up there.
But how I handled it was...choosing the right friends that will keep me out of drama and friends that you can share a life time with. If not talking to them is too hard for you right now, try to keep yourself busy with other stuff like your hobbies and later you'll notice that you've got better friends than drama-freaks.

You are not the problem.....your expectations of your best friends are a pit too high but that can be resolved, because it seems that they were really able to be open with you to do those things in your presence. that way you can choose what is good and bad about them. it is human nature to not be so perfect because we are not the way.....make a friend and if she or he is doing something you do not like then express yourself to them because that is the only way you can get a real friend, that understands where you are coming from.

You sound like my daughter, who is mature in allot of things. You have saw them for what they really are and you have grown past them. Back biting friends, controlling friends, should be kept away. Everyone want Peace in their life, but you can't have it, because of people like them. Count it all joy when you are different from the rest. there is nothing wrong with you, because you woke up.

Well, do you talk about people behind their back? Because if you do, its like comparing yourself to them, gossip is tempting, but if your "best friends," continue to talk behind your back find new friends, no matter how hard it is, unless they apologize to you, and swear to never to talk behind your back. You may not realize it, but you could talk behind their back, so don't go too crazy, but if they continue to talk behind your back, find new friends.

u should try to accept them for who they are. of course nobody's perfect so it is normal that some of them acts that way. u might want to tell them nicely if u dislike their particular character. real friends are open with each other and be it u or your friends, u will accept each other.

it might be that you have a blind spot in your attitude (which you can change,once you' re aware of it) when you chose your friends this blind spot subtracts this defect from your awareness.you tend ,inferring from your addy,to do the same stuff that your past friends do.
