Having sex always results in the POSSIBILITY of a pregnancy. There is no sure fire way to avoid pregnancy unless you avoid having sex.
Having said that, if you did use a condom then her chances of being pregnant are certainly less than if the sex had been unprotected.
Dizziness can certainly be a symptom of pregnancy, but it is not the only sympotom of pregnancy, and dizziness can mean other things besides pregnancy. As an indicator of pregnancy, in isolation, it is very vague and unlikely.
If you had sex two weeks ago and she did become pregnant, then now would be an appropriate time to try a home pregnancy test, as the embryo would have implanted and started to interact with her body, which would give a positive pregnancy test result.
When a baby is conceived, it normally takes about 5 days after the fusion of the egg and the sperm until the forming baby arrives in the uterus. It then starts to burrow its way through the lining of the uterus to attach itself to the mother. This implantation process takes about 5-7 days. When an embryo finally implants, a hormone called hCG starts to be produced in the woman's body, being released into the bloodstream and into the urine. A pregnancy can be confirmed if hCG is detected. So all up, it takes about 10 days - 2 weeks after you have sex for a pregnancy to be confirmed.
Blood tests in a doctors office can detect hCG a couple of days earlier than a home pregnancy urine test, but home tests are still pretty sensitive and very reliable. Naturally, as the pregnancy goes on the levels of hCG in the body rise, so if an initial test taken too early comes back negative, if you wait a few more days it can come back positive.
When was the first day of her last period and when is her next period due?
If she is pregnant then you will have to make a decision about what to do. If you both decide, after talking to your doctors, counsellors and/or trusted adults, that a termination is the best way forward then a safe abortion in a hospital or clinic can usually be performed (depending where you are in the world) up to 14-20 weeks. Although please bear in mind that the earlier it can be done, the better. Late term abortions can be dangerous and more traumatic. But it is not an "opt out" decision that should be taken lightly either way.
If you are going to have sex then you can't go through this drama every month. Both you and your girlfriend need to be responsible enough to well and truly have a grip on all these issues - get yourselves informed about how your bodies work, about pregnancy, about contraception, about how you both feel about each other, and about what you should do if the worst should occur.
Look into using a more reliable form of contraception - condoms do require a measure of self control and practice - it's tempting in the heat of the moment not to be bothered, and you yourself admitted you aren't quite sure if you used it correctly.

Out of a 30 day cycle, a woman is typically only fertile for about 5 -7 of those days. For the rest of the month, she is not fertile, and whether the condom breaks or not, the egg is dead and cannot be fertilized. It isn't until her next fertile period that a new egg is released (ovulation) and capable of being fertilized and becoming a baby. It would be extremely helpful for the two of you to understand her fertility patterns (for help with this: www.woomb.org).
Dizziness is an early symptom of pregnancy, but it can mean so many other things, as many people have said.
If you happened to have intercourse during this fertile period, then 2 weeks is exactly about the right time to be taking a test to see if she is pregnant.
If she is pregnant, then, guess what, my friend, your baby's brain is already forming, in addition to the heart. Limbs will start to form and pop up in the next few weeks. It's really neat. (For more info and pictures, try www.babycenter.com).
Anyhow, if she is pregnant, and you are not ready for a baby, I urge you to consider adoption. There are so many couples who try and try and just cannot have children and desperately want them.
Good luck!

your girlfriend can basically only get pregnant during her ovulatory stage which is days 13 to 14 after the first day she started her last period. no it is not too early to have signs of pregnancy but they may be signs of something else a lot of signs of pregnancy can be mistaken. even though you used a condom and it didn't break there is still a chance because some sperm can leak out of the condom that is why it is suggested you you another method of birth control along with a condom such as a spermicide ( foam, film ect.) the only thing you can do really is wait usually this early there is not enough HCG in her system to get a positive result. If she gets her period next month tell her to keep a close eye on it because if it is shorter than normal or lighter than normal there is still a possibility she could be pregnant. trust me as a medical professional and from expirience you would be suprised how many women still get there periods early in pregnancy! It's happened to me alone twice now!

it is not likely that she is pregnant. condoms are not always 100% reliable though, so there is always a possibility.
dizziness is a symptom of pregnancy. it is also a symptom of a raft of other things though:
hunger, low blood pressure, ear infection, low blood sugar levels, shock, low iron levels etc.
at this early stage, a home pregnancy test may not pick anything up. if you are extremely paranoid, and dont want to wait until her period is due, she may be able to get a blood test to find out from her doctor.
depending where you are, abortions can be done at 8 weeks. however, if you are not willing to take responsibility for the consequences of a having sex, than you shouldnt be having sex.
maybe she should also think about going on the pill. that way there is a double layer of protection (but, STILL use condoms, cause no one method is absolute, except abstinance!!!). that being said, i know someone who was on the pill and using condoms and still fell pregnant.

A lot of women are dizzy frequently for many reasons: poor circulation, low iron, lack of vitamin B, heavy menstrual flows, beginnings of illness.
Don't pay any attention to some of the answers here, whose only intent is to moralize.
First of all, odds are that you are OK. However, a condom must be used properly and it must not be damaged to begin with. If you rely on a reputable brand, each and every condom is quality tested for leaks and has passed a quality check.
On the other hand, it is not impossible and would not be miraculous for your girlfriend to be pregnant. There are several possibilities.
Spillage from the edges of the condom before the condom was pulled out.
Putting the condom on after initial insertion
She may not be having sex only with you
After all is said and done, the decision to have sex is a serious thing, with consequences for all.
If she is pregnant, then bigger decisions are to be made. Any person can have sex, but only a true man can rise up to the responsibilities than may follow. Are you man enough to take that burden upon your shoulders, or are you just a scared teenager? My friend, being a man is not easy, it's not fun, and it's not pleasant a lot of the time, but it is what are meant to be.
Best of luck to you either way.

There really isnt a way to answer your question "Is she pregnant" because there is a chance she could be, but I would say chances are she isnt. If the condom didnt break, I would say you are 70% safe. Her dizzy spells could come from anything. Some pregnant women get dizzy, but usually that is not a indicator (at least for me it wasnt, I'm pregnant with #2). Dont sweat it until she has missed a period. The baby starts developing right away, but the embryo dosent turn into a fetus until she is 28 days along, that means the embryo is already a fetus by the time she misses a period, and the heart is already beating.
Good Luck, and remember everything happens for a reason.

Does your girlfriend work with computers? I know that when my husband and I were trying to get pregnant I was constantly dizzy and thought that might have something to do with it. Come to find out it was because I worked on a computer all day and thats what was causing my light-headedness and queasy feelings. 1 week is entirley to early to detect whether your girlfriend is pregnant or not. For the MOST accuracy, its best to wait until after she misses her period, or about a week before her period is scheduled to start and you can buy one of those First Response home pregnancy tests that can tell you up to 5 days before your missed period. I am currently 39 weeks pregnant and it wasn't until I got a positive pregnancy test reading about 3 days before my missed period that I knew I was pregnant. I had no signs or symptoms, the only reason I tested was because we had been trying for over a year and I was just hoping against all odds. Please, please do not have an abortion. I know what I say may not deter you from doing so in the end but if you are old enough to have sex you should be old enough to take care of the responsibilities that may result from it. If you don't feel that you or your girlfriend could aptly provide for the child, please talk about her carrying the baby to term and then putting him/her up for adoption. Please do not punish the child for what you and your girlfriend may consider a mistake. With as long as it took me to get pregnant, and with the fear of thinking I may never, I know first hand how heartbreaking it is to hear of others getting pregnant so easily and then wanting an abortion to get rid of the child. I would gladly have taken that child for you had I never been able to conceive and I know there are so many people who really can't that would take that child and raise them for you in a heartbeat!

Babies tsrat forming immediately after the sperm gets to the egg - which can be up to 24 hours after you have sex.
She could be dizzy from other things - ear infection, the flu, abnormal heartbeat - all kinds of things.
You can try a pregnancy test right now, but that doesn't mean it would be accurate.
An abortion is usually done from weeks 8 to 10, sometimes earlier, but not often.
Personally, I think you're freaking out over nothing. Calm the hell down. This IS flu season, after all - think how many people are sick around you right now.
Quit making your girlfirend's life hell - all the stress could cause her period to be late - and I doubt you want that.
BTW? If the condom broke, you would KNOW.

Some home pregnancy tests can determine 3 days after conception. Go to your pharmacist and ask for recommendations. Dizziness usually is not a sign.

You can take a pregnancy test 14 days after intercourse. 2 weeks is too soon to be having dizzy spells. Sounds like a strong case of paranoia to me. get a test just in case. And if you don't want to have to worry about this anymore than tell your girlfriend to get on birth control cause obviously you aren't ready to be a father, and honestly It doesn't sound like you are ready to be having sex either.
